B2B network establishment project of the Ministry
of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE), the site
is being operated under the management of the Korea
Plant Industries Association (KOPIA). Plantkorea.com
is always exerting utmost efforts to provide reliable
and useful information for the development of plant
industries at home and abroad. KOPIA asks for customers'
continued strong interest and suggestions.

Plantkorea site is operated totally
free of charge; there are no membership fees or
utilization charges whatsoever. There is no commission
on successful trade transactions either. Members
are provided the necessary functions to utilize
the plantkorea system.

the webmaster with your e-mail address.
If you forget your ID or password, enter the e-mail
address that you registered with originally. Then,
the site will let you know the corresponding ID
and password.

You can change them by logging-in
to plantkorea.com, entering the 'Member Info Management'
section and click on 'Password and ID Changes.'.

Check the following two things:
- Make sure that you entered your member ID and
password with the proper case. Confirm if you entered
ID and password correctly.
- If your ID or password still appears to be wrong,
request to change ID and password.

For application, send e-mail to the
membership management staff or Customer Center (webmaster@plantkorea.com),
including company name, ID, password, telephone
number, reason for cancellation and applicant's
name. The site will cancel the membership after
confirming that your information coincides with
registered records.

The two sites are not simply different
in translation. Members that want import or export
transactions, utilize the English site (global e-marketplace)
and those that want domestic transactions, utilize
the Korean site (local marketplace).
